• Finalisation of Schematic plans
• Finalisation of Detailed design
• Finalisation of Rough -in Plans
• Bid documentation (Tendering)
• Shop drawing approval
• All coordination & handing over

Quality Assurance

• Layouts prepared exclusively by professional chefs
• Rough plans handled by engineers
• BOQ's and schedule of services crafted by hospitality professionals
• Specs and tender drawings prepared by engineers
• Site supervision conducted by engineers
• Design coordination meetings facilitated by chefs & Hospitality professionals
• Continuous training for the entire team
• Feedback from Operators on completed projects for continuous improvement
